The West Michigan Body Shop Association (WMBA), located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a non-profit association serving the professional Auto Body business owner and staff for over 20 years. The association started out in the 1960s as The Greater Grand Rapids Auto Body Shop Association.

The WMBA is a grassroots, member-directed trade association representing and serving the automotive service and repair industry.
The purpose of the WMBA is to establish and maintain standards for safety and quality of service within the Auto Body Industry and to protect our members and the public from abusive and unfair trade practices. The goal of the West Michigan Body Shop Association is to enhance and educate the shop owners and staff and better equip them to serve the customer.
The West Michigan Body Shop Association is an association of automotive Collision Repair businesses dedicated to improving the state’s auto-body service industry and the success of its members. WMBA advances excellence, professionalism and integrity by providing education and member benefit programs, serving as a resource and advocate on issues affecting the members, and by promoting a Code of Ethics.
